How to use the stapler
Loading/unloading staples
Point the nozzle away from persons and keep your
finger out of the trigger when loading the staples.
To load the staples, pull the pusher to the rear until it
is locked to the magazine at rear position. Slide the
staples into the magazine. Release the pusher to push
the staples into the nozzle.
To unload the staples from the tool, pull the pusher
to rear locking position. Slide the staples out of the
magazine.
If the stapler is loaded from the bottom, activate the
button below the air supply nipple, and the magazine
cover can be pulled backwards. Load the staples into
the magazine, and close the magazine cover.
To unload the staples, activate the button below the
air supply nipple, pull back the magazine cover, and
remove the staples.
Depth of drive adjustment
It may be possible to adjust the depth of drive on this
stapler. If the stapler has an adjustable screw placed
under the trigger, it can be turned towards deeper or
higher.
Remember to disconnect the air supply before adjusting
If the stapler does not have an adjustment screw, it may
be possible to adjust the depth by loosening the screws
in front of the nozzle.
Deeper drive: Loosen the screw on front of the nozzle,
move the nozzle upwards, and tighten the screw again.
Reduced drive: Loosen the screw on front of the nozzle,
move the nozzle downwards and tighten the screw
again.
When the depth is adjusted, shoot a nail into the work-
piece to determine if further adjustment is necessary.
Actuate method
The tools can be fitted with different actuate methods.
Single sequential trigger
To actuate the tool, depress the safety bracket against
the workpiece, and pull the trigger.
To actuate the tool again, you will need to release
the safety bracket fully and release the trigger before
repeating the above procedure.
The trigger can be fitted with a quick-changer. This
allows you to switch between single sequential fire (T)
and bump fire (TTT).
To change the fire mode, push the red button outwards
and turn it to the desired position.
Bump fire
Get a good grip on the tool's handle. Activate the trig-
ger, bump the safety bracket against the workpiece,
and a shot will be fired. Each time the safety bracket is
bumped into the workpiece, the tool will fire.
When the work is done, release the trigger to avoid
misfire. Keep your finger off the trigger when carrying
the tool.
NB: Bump fire must not be used when working on a
scaffold, stairs, ladders, or if the user is moving around.
