US-2x2
Normally, when a US-2x2 is connected to a computer,
it will operate using USB bus power, so a separate
power supply is not necessary. To power this unit
when it is connected to an iOS device, however,
you must connect a TASCAM PS-P520E AC adapter,
TASCAM BP-6AA external battery pack or other power
supply device to the DC IN 5V connector. In this
case, connect the power source to the unit as shown
below.
TASCAM PS-P520E
or BP-6AA
CAUTION
• Always use the included PS-P1220E AC adapter
with the US-4x4.
• We highly recommend using a PS-P520E AC
adapter or BP-6AA battery pack (both sold
separately) with the US-2x2. When using another
external power supply device, use one with the
following specifications.
• Power supply voltage: 5 V
• Power supply current: 700 mA or more
Using a power supply device with specifications
other than the above could cause malfunction,
overheating, fire or other problems. If trouble
should occur, stop using the unit and contact the
retailer where you purchased it or a TEAC service
center to request repair.
