Always check that the mains voltage corresponds with the
value indicated on the specification plate.
Category II device - Dual insulated - an earthed plug is not
required.
When using extension cables
Only extension cables of the variety H05RN-F may be used. Only use an
approved extension cable which is suitable for the machine's capacity.
The cables must have a diameter of at least 1.5 mm2. If the extension
cable is wound around a reel, it must be completely unrolled.
Inappropriate extension cables can be dangerous. If an extension cable
is used, it must be suitable for outdoor use and the connection must be
kept dry and off the ground.
When replacing cables and plugs
If the mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or a qualified electrician. Throw old cables and plugs away once they
have been replaced. It is dangerous to leave the plug from a loose
cable in the socket.
Connection to the power supply
This device is fitted with a cable clamp that prevents the electrical cable
coming into contact with the hot components of the weed burner.
INSTRUCTIONS: Always use the cable clamp Not using the cable
clamp can lead to damage to the device and/or the electrical cable.
Make a loop in the

electrical cable.
Feed the loop in the

electrical cable through the
opening and secure it under
the cable clamp. (see photo)
Gently pull the loop

against the cable clamp until it
is tight.
