How to use

If you have the plancha GECII2, you can choose two different temperatures to cook two
types of food on two independent heating zones
Apply oil evenly on the heating zone(s) with a brush
Place the food on the plate and cook to taste. With practice, you will determine the
temperature best suited to products to be cooked according to their thickness, their textures
and tastes. The temperatures and times below are indicative. These regulations have
thermostatic griddle for each heating zone.
