Solar Circulating Pump Anti-shutdown function
After 24 hours of inactivity, the Solar Circulating Pump is activated for 3
seconds.
Boiler integration On / Off function
This function can be applied to all the Systems: on activating it, the possibility
of managing the thermostat function for supplementary heating or Elimina-
tion of excess heat is lost. The FREE CONTACT relay is for activating or
deactivating integration provided by the boiler.
ATTENTION: This function depends on the FREE CONTACT relay operation
mode parameter P20 value (Installer parameter, default value
equal to 1=Auto), which must be set to 3.
The following example gives System 2:

tion/deactivation).

During normal operation, if the temperature of Hot Water Tank Sensor S2 is
lower than the Thermostat activation temperature parameter value (Installer
parameter, default value equal to 40°C) then the ECOTRONIC tech regulator
activates the output Relay connected to terminals 13-14-15 (FREE CON-
TACT on the 11-pin connector); whereas if the temperature of Hot Water
Tank Sensor S2 is higher than the Thermostat deactivation temperature
parameter value (Installer parameter, default value equal to 45°C) then
the ECOTRONIC tech regulator deactivates the output Relay connected to
terminals 13-14-15 (FREE CONTACT on the 11-pin connector).
The contact is voltage-free and with exchange contact: NC 14-15, NO
13-14.
To signal the boiler activation mode, the Contact symbol will be lit.
