Troubleshooting

Problem
Cause
No voltage at the
The main switch is turned off
battery terminals.
(open).
The fuse is defective.
eStore is in storage mode.
eStore is not configured correctly. ➤ Configure eStore.
eStore is over discharged.
eStore is defective.

Troubleshooting
Remedy
➤ Turn on (close) the main switch.
➤ Replace the fuse (see chapter
"Changing the fuse" on
page 23).
➤ Activate eStore.
➤ Charge eStore with a charging
current of < 10 A.
Note: Do not use intelligent
charging systems (with main
swtich open, the eStore termi-
nals have no voltage. Some
intelligent battery chargers do
not start if no voltage is present).
➤ Contact an authorised work-
shop.
➤ Contact an authorised work-
shop.
