used in soil which does not
contain stones.
Ensure that the ventilation
slots are free of dirt.

Never put your hands or
feet near to the rotat ing
tool! Ensure that sufficient
distance is kept between
hands, feet and brushing
equipment. Brushing tools
continue to turn.
Never lift or carry the device
with running motor! Switch
motor off and disconnect
mains plug when moving
device to and from work area.
CAUTION! RISK OF
INJURY FROM FLYING
PARTS!
Do not start or operate the
device if bystanders are in
the danger zone.
Start or operate the
device as described in the
operating instructions.
The on-/ off-switch (B)
must never be fixed or
short-circuited.
Only work during daylight
or with adequate artificial
lighting.
Never use the device dur-
ing rain.
Never work if others, in par-
ticular children or animals,
are in the area!
During working, pay attention
to safe and solid position.
Guide device only at walk-
ing pace.
If you strike an obstacle
when working, please dis-
able the machine. Unplug
from the mains. Remove
the obstacle, check the
equipment for any damage
and have it repaired if nec-
essary.
If the equipment begins to
vibrate strongly, unplug
from the mains and ascer-
tain the cause.
Never work immediately
adjacent to a swimming
pool or garden pond with
electrical equipment.
Work at an angle to the
slope, never upwards and
downwards.
Do not work on excessively
steep slopes.

Accidental activation can
cause injuries. To prevent
this, unplug mains plug
when:
- leaving device unsuper-
vised.
- maintaining, checking or
cleaning device.
- device shows signs of mal-

- you move the device back
and forth to the work sur-
face.
