CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before starting with cleaning, wait for the appliance to
cool down; then disconnect the electrical connection
by removing the plug from the socket or by shutting
off the power using the main switch on the electrical
system.
Wash the painted or chrome-plated parts with warm
water and soap or non-corrosive liquid detergent.
For stainless steel parts, use specific commercially
available products.
When cleaning, never use abrasive materials,
corrosive or acid detergents.
Do not leave acid or corrosive substances on the
painted or stainless steel parts.
Clean the glass in the oven door only with hot
water and do not use abrasive cloths.
"Spray" products used to clean the oven must not
be used to clean the fan or the lamp's protective
glass.
Clean the oven after each use: this makes it easier
to remove cooking residuals, preventing them from
burning the next time the oven is used.
The glass in the combustion chamber and in the
cooking chamber must be cleaned when cold to
avoid excessive thermal shocks, which may cause
it to break.
When grilling meat, always place a tray (drip pan)
with a bit of water under the grille, in order to
prevent the grease from burning, creating smoke
and a bad smell.
To eliminate more persistent spots, operate the
oven occasionally at the maximum temperature
of 450°C in order to burn them and, when it has
cooled, remove the residual powder with a moist
sponge.
To make it easier to clean inside the oven, the inner
side panels can be removed as shown in the photo
(in the models where foreseen).
