2.2
INFORMATION FOR THE USER
Prepare the oven's place of installation in accordance
with local, national and European regulations.
The oven is an appliance that becomes hot due to its
nature and remains hot for a long time even after it is
shut off. Do not touch the hot parts or bring objects
near its walls, especially if they are inflammable.
Always use suitable protection to insert or remove
objects from the oven.It is advisable to prevent children
from coming close to the oven while it is operating.
Never light the oven using inflammable liquids such
as gasoline, alcohol, kerosene or other.
Supervise the oven while cooking.
Do not place your face or unprotected hands near
the oven when opening the oven at temperatures
above 200°C.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
3.1
POSITIONING BUILT-IN OVENS
The company declines all liability if the following

standards are not observed:
a. The preliminary operation to be performed is
checking the flue (proportionate section and
length) and its maintenance status (it must not
be dirty or obstructed).
b. The oven must have its own flue that is not used
by other appliances.
c. If the flue is not yet installed, it is recommended
to assemble a flue with a circular section and a
smooth internal, suitably insulated surface.
d. The flue must be compliant with what is set forth
by UNI standard 10683/05.
e. The built-in oven must be assembled in its final
position, at the desired height, on two simple
masonry columns, with a thickness of approx. 12
cm. Prevent the metal structures of the oven from
coming into contact with cement plaster.
f. It is very important to maintain a minimum space
of 5 cm behind the oven, which is necessary for
suitable ventilation.
g. An opening must be left in the cladding (minimum
30x45 cm) at the height of the oven chimney for
system maintenance and inspections.
3.2
Electrical connection
The company declines all liability if the following
standards are not observed:
a. Make sure that the nominal network voltage is
suitable for oven operation.
b. Before making the connection, make sure that
the earthing system is functioning properly. The
earthing of the appliance is required by law.
c. Any change to the existing electrical system
required for the installation and all maintenance
work must be performed by expert and authorised
personnel.
