Decline Adjustment
Remove Knob bolt M10
(19) and Leg cross bar
(5). Slide adjustment leg
(2) up or down until
bench is at desired
height. Refit Leg
crossbar (5) and Knob
bolt M10 (19) ensuring
bolt passes through both
(2) & (3).
Note: Top foam roller
height can also be
adjusted by removing 1
foam roller and
repositioning the tube.
Fold for Storage
Remove Wing nut (12)
and bolt (10). Rotate
front leg backwards until
touches main tube. Refit
wing nut and bolt for
storage.
