The Technogym Technical Support Service provides:
- telephone assistance
- information about which services
are covered by the warranty and
which must be paid for
- on-site support service
- sending of original spare parts.
When contacting the Technogym Technical Support service, please specify
the following details:
- model
- date of purchase
- serial number
- precise description of problem.
Warning
Any operations on the equipment carried out by persons not
authorized by Technogym will invalidate the warranty.
