Troubleshooting:
No sound:
- Ensure that the mains adapter is pushed firmly into the mains power outlet and that its
cable is properly connected to the "DC IN"-socket of the transmitter.
- The charge level of the receiver battery may be too low. Recharge the battery or replace
it with a fully charged spare battery.
- Ensure that the TV set, stereo set or other audio component is switched ON and set to an
output that broadcasts a strong audio signal.
- Check if the volume control is set to a low output.
- The connected audio/video equipment may not be in playback mode. Start playback on
the equipment.
Distortion:
- The charge level of the receiver battery may be too low. Recharge the battery or replace
it with a fully charged spare battery.
- The receiver may be too far away from the transmitter. Move closer to it.
- The audio signal input level is too low. Increase the output volume of the audio source.
In case the receiver cannot be linked with the transmitter, please follow the following pro-
cedure for pairing:
1. Disconnect the transmitter from the power supply.
2. Switch the receiver ON.
3. Press and hold the MIC-button for approx. 5 seconds. The green LED on the receiver will
start to blink rapidly. Immediately reconnect the power supply of the transmitter and
switch the transmitter ON.
4. The receiver and the transmitter will pair automatically. A steadily lit green LED on the
receiver indicates successful pairing.
Reset to default factory settings:
1. Choose the mode "Auxiliary Input", press and hold the INFO-button for 2 seconds and
select with TUNE+ the entry "Factory Reset".
2. Confirm the selection by pressing the INFO-button.
3. Press TUNE+ or TUNE- to select YES or NO.
4. Confirm the selection by pressing the INFO-button.
All custom settings will be lost and the device is reset to the original factory settings!
