1.- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this
unit. Take the unit out of its box and
make sure that all of the pieces are
there Fig.1:
1. (23) Monitor; (16) Main body; (18)
Handlebar; (17) Handlebar stem; (10)
Saddle post; (12) Horizontal saddle
tube; (14) Saddle; (4) Rear stabiliser
bar with adjustable feet; (21) Front
stabiliser bar with wheels; (1L) Left
pedal; (1R) Right pedal; (26) Knob; (3)
Slot head bolt M-10; (5) Flat washer M
10; (6) Cap nut M 10; Double ended
spanner.
2. Position the machine's rear stand
on the rear stabiliser bar (4), as shown
in Fig.2, insert the bolts (3), fit the flat
washers (5) and cap nuts (6) and then
tighten securely.
Position the front stabiliser bar with
wheels (21), paying attention to the
red dots and with the wheels facing
forwards, as shown in Fig.2, insert the
bolts (3), fit the flat washers (5) and
cap nuts (6) and tighten securely.
2.- ATTACHING THE SADDLE.-
Fit the saddle bracket (14), Fig.3, onto
the horizontal saddle tube (12), as
shown in Fig.3, fit the saddle into
position and tighten the nuts on the
bracket securely. Next insert the
horizontal saddle tube (12) through
the hole on the saddle post (10), Fig.3,
position it correctly and tighten the
knob (19), Fig.3.
Insert the saddle post (10) into the
boss on the main body (16), position it
correctly and tighten the saddle post
by using the adjustment knob (26),
Fig.3, turning it clockwise.
ADJUSTING THE SADDLE HEIGHT.-
Loosen the saddle post adjustment
knob
(26)
anticlockwise, Fig.3, move the saddle
to a position comfortable for doing
exercise
and
adjustment knob (26) securely by
turning it clockwise.
HORIZONTAL
THE SADDLE.-
Loosen the knob (19) slightly by
turning it anticlockwise, Fig.3, move
the saddle to a position comfortable
for doing exercise and then tighten the
knob (19) securely by turning it
clockwise.
3.- FITTING THE HANDLEBAR.-
Position the handlebar (18) on the
handlebar stem (17), Fig.4, tighten the
knob
(19)
handlebar stem (17) into the hole on
the main body (16), Fig.3. Position it
correctly and then tighten knob (26) by
turning it clockwise.
ADJUSTING
HORIZONTALLY.-
Position the handlebar (18) at a
comfortable
exercise but without going beyond the
"MIN" marks, now tighten knob (19)
securely, Fig.4.
ADJUSTING
VERTICALLY.-
Position the handlebar (18) at a
comfortable
exercise but without going beyond the
"MIN" marks, now tighten knob (26)
securely, Fig.4.
