1. Explanation of the symbols

The following symbols are used in the user
manual or on the product:

2. Safety warnings for vacuum
cleaner
• Read all safety warnings and all instruc-
tions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in electric
shock, fire and/or serious injury.
• This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and per-
sons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experi-
ence and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction con-
cerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user mainte-

nance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• Periodically check all nuts, bolts and
other fixings and tighten where
necessary.
• Never point the suction opening
towards persons or animals.
• Do not use the device until the dust bag
or filters are inserted.
• If the suction opening is blocked, do not
operate the vacuum cleaner in order to
avoid overheating the motor.
• When vacuuming fluids, do not exceed
the maximum mark.
• Do not attempt to use the vacuum
cleaner to pick up either burning or
glowing articles such as cigarettes or
ashes. Do not suck sharp objects, toner
dust or plaster because dust can burn.
• Always disconnect the appliance from
the power supply before cleaning!
• Under no circumstances should you
immerse the motor housing in water in
order to clean it.

3. Before first use

Remove the machine and the accessories
from the packaging. Check the machine for
transport damage and do not use the
machine in case of damages. Keep the
packing materials away from children, risk
of suffocation!

4. Intended use

General-purpose cordless Vacuum Cleaner
for general smaller cleaning tasks on dry
dirt.
