Check keyed plugs and swap if necessary:
Check keyed plug MFM 2-5, module 2 (liquid dispensing 7-12) EZL 230-A 42X for key 2-5 ; see the wiring diagram.
See Fig. 5, Pos. 3.
Register module 2 liquid dispensing 7-12 clean-soiled side:

Note
Through the switched-on dispensing display the user can select/deselect dispensing. When the display is switched
off, the user can only view if dispensing is on for the current program and how much is dispensed.
Switch the machine off to exit service mode.
Connect dispensing pumps as per wiring diagram and calibrate:
If the flow rate of the dispensing pumps is known, enter this value directly in programming mode (e.g., dispensing
pump 7).

If the flow rate of the dispensing pumps is not known, calibrate the dispensing pumps in programming mode
(e.g., dispensing pump 7).
Programming mode
Insert the dispensing pump intake hose into a container with a fill mark.
Fill the container to the fill mark.
Press the 0/1 button (dispensing pump runs for 60 seconds).
Use a beaker to refill the container to the fill mark.
Check the dispensed amount in the beaker and record in the display (V:.....mL).
Diskette symbol to save the dispensed amount.
Register an empty status message (e.g., dispensing pump 7).
Programming mode
OK button Back button (go back one level)
Check dispensing in each program and adjust settings as necessary.
Perform a function check.
Back up data via service mode.
Service mode Main menu
overwrite EW data.
Switch off the machine to exit service mode.
Finish up:
Check all water connections for leaks.
Re-install the chassis lid, the lid on the water side, the liquid dispensing cover and the connection box cover.
Perform an electrical safety check.
