Check the coding plugs and modify them if necessary as follows:
Check coding plug MFM 2-5, module 2 (liquid dispensing 7 - 12) EZL 230-A - 42X for Coding 2-5 , see wiring
diagram.
See Fig. 5, Pos. 3.
Register module 2, liquid dispensing 7 - 12 - Clean/Soiled side via the service mode.

If the dispensing display is activated, the operator can activate and deactivate dispensing. If the dispensing display
is not activated, dispensing activation and deactivation is controlled by the programme in operation only.
To quit the service mode, switch off the machine.
Connect the dispenser pumps in accordance with the wiring diagram and calibrate them as follows:
If the pump capacity (flow rate) is known, enter the figure directly in the supervisor level as follow (e.g. for dispenser
pump 7).

If the pump capacity (flow rate) is unknown, calibrate the dispenser pump in the supervisor level as follows
(e.g. for dispenser pump 7).

Place the dispenser pump suction tube in a container with a level mark.
Fill the container to the level mark.
Press button 0/1 (dispenser pump operates for 60 s).
Use a measuring vessel to refill the container to the level mark.
Note the dispensed quantity via the measuring vessel and enter this figure in the display (V:.....ml).
Activate the disk symbol to save the setting.
Register the empty signal as follows (e.g. for dispenser pump 7).

Check dispensing in a programme and carry out adjustments if necessary.
Carry out a functional check.
Carry out a data backup via the service mode.
Service level Backup
overwrite EW data.
To quit the service mode, switch off the machine.
Carry out final work:
Refit the lid parts and cover plate.
Carry out appropriate electrical safety checks.
Reconnect the machine to the electric mains supply.
