5.4.2 Abhören des Musikprogramms über
Kopfhörer
Zum Abhören des laufenden Musikprogramms vor
dem Masterregler den Schalter ASSIGN (16) in die
mittlere Position „PROG." stellen, und mit dem Pe-
gelregler (15) die gewünschte Lautstärke für den
Kopfhörer einstellen.
5.5 Talkover-Funktion
Die Talkover-Funktion dient zur besseren Verständ-
lichkeit von Mikrofondurchsagen bei laufendem Mu-
sikprogramm.
Zum Aktivieren der Funktion den Talkover-Schal-
ter (3) in die rechte Position „TALKOVER" stellen:
Bei dieser Schalterstellung [LED (4) unter dem
Schalter leuchtet], werden bei Mikrofondurchsagen
die Pegel der Kanäle 1 und 2 automatisch um 12 dB
abgesenkt. Zum Abschalten der Talkover-Funktion
den Schalter auf „OFF" stellen.
5.6 Abhören des Musikprogramms über eine
Monitoranlage
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das laufende Musikpro-
gramm vor dem Masterregler (14) über eine an den
Buchsen BOOTH (31) angeschlossene Monitoran-
lage abzuhören. Den Pegel für die Monitoranlage
mit dem Regler BOOTH (1) einstellen.
5.4.2 Monitoring the music programme

To monitor the currently playing music programme
ahead of the master control, set the ASSIGN switch
(16) to the mid-position "PROG." and adjust the
desired volume for the headphones with the level
control (15).
5.5 Talkover facility
The talkover facility serves for a better audibility of
microphone announcements during a currently play-
ing music programme. To activate the facility, set the
talkover switch (3) to the right position "TALKOVER":
With this switch position [LED (4) below the switch
lights up], the levels of channels 1 and 2 are auto-
matically attenuated by 12 dB in case of microphone
announcements. To switch off the talkover facility,
set the switch to "OFF".
5.6 Monitoring the music programme via a
monitoring system
It is possible to monitor the currently playing music
programme ahead of the master control (14) via a
monitoring system connected to the jacks BOOTH
(31). Adjust the level for the monitoring system with
the control BOOTH (1).

Sind für die Eingangsumschalter (8 und 22) andere
Stellungen als die vom Hersteller vorgegebenen
erwünscht (z. B. wenn der Schalter für Kanal 1 senk-
recht nach oben oder unten gekippt werden soll statt
wie voreingestellt von rechts oben nach links unten),
können die Schalter einfach ummontiert werden.
1) Vor dem Ummontieren der Schalter das Netz-
gerät aus der Steckdose ziehen.
2) Die Kappen der Kanalfader (9 und 23) und des
Crossfaders (12) abziehen.
3) Die vier Schrauben, mit denen die silberne Me-
tallplatte auf der Frontseite befestigt ist, entfer-
nen, und die Metallplatte vorsichtig abnehmen.
4) Zum Ändern der Position des Eingangsumschal-
ters von Kanal 1 muß die Montagescheibe, auf
der er festgeschraubt ist, gedreht werden: Die
zwei Schrauben, mit denen die Scheibe am
Gehäuse befestigt ist, abschrauben.
5) Die Scheibe mit dem darauf montierten Schalter
in die gewünschte Position drehen und über zwei
Montagelöcher wieder festschrauben.
6) Die gleichen Schritte für den Eingangsumschal-
ter für Kanal 2 durchführen.
7) Die silberne Metallplatte wieder befestigen, und
die Faderkappen wieder aufstecken.
Hinweis:
Damit durch die Schalterstellung klar hervorgeht,
welcher der beiden Eingänge gerade angewählt ist,
sollte bei der Positionierung der Schalter der Auf-
druck auf der Metallplatte berücksichtigt werden:
Den Schalter so positionieren, daß der Eingang
PHONO/CD angewählt ist, wenn der Schalter auf

Selector Switches
If other positions for the input selector switches
(8 and 22) are desired than those preset by the
manufacturer [e. g. if the switch for channel 1 is to be
tilted upwards or downwards vertically instead of
diagonally (from right top to left bottom) which is
factory-set], simply remount the switches.
1) Prior to remounting the switches, disconnect the
power supply unit from the mains socket.
2) Pull off the caps from the channels faders (9 and
23) and the crossfader (12).
3) Remove the four screws by which the silver metal
plate is fixed to the front panel and carefully
remove the metal plate.
4) To change the position of the input selector switch
of channel 1, it is necessary to turn the mounting
disc to which it is screwed: Remove the two
screws by which the disc is fixed to the housing.
5) Turn the disc with the switch mounted on to the
desired position and screw it down via two
mounting holes.
6) Perform the same steps for the input selector
switch for channel 2.
7) Replace the silver metal plate and the fader caps.
Note:
The imprint on the metal plate should be taken into
account when positioning the switches to make it
obvious by the switch position which of the two in-
puts is currently selected:
Position the switch in such a way that the input
PHONO/CD is selected if the switch is tilted to
"PHONO/CD" or in the direction of the upper semi-
„PHONO/CD" oder in Richtung des oberen Halb-
kreises gekippt wird, und der Eingang LINE ange-
