The safety and function of the appliance can only be assured if original TESCOM
EUROPE spare parts are used.
• Carefully push the new gasket onto the connection sealing surface.
Do not use a tool to do this under any circumstances.
5.3

Maintenance

Maintenance including - amongst other things - the replacement of all wear parts must be
carried out every 6 years. Noncompliance with this deadline will invalidate the warranty
provided by TESCOM EUROPE.
The safety and function of the appliance can only be assured subject to mainte-
nance being carried out by TESCOM EUROPE or an authorised company and
provided that original TESCOM EUROPE spare parts are used.
Compressed gas cylinders:
Compressed gas cylinders must undergo repeat testing (by the TÜV in Germany) at regular
intervals. Before using a compressed gas cylinder, check that the date for such repeat
testing has not elapsed. Compressed gas cylinders whose date has elapsed must not be
used. Repeat testing dates are stamped on compressed gas cylinders.
5.4

Warranty, customer service and dispatch

• All products purchased from TESCOM EUROPE GMBH & CO. KG are covered by the
statutory warranty from the date of purchase.
• TESCOM EUROPE GMBH & CO. KG will not honour this warranty in the event of
(e.g.):
− Noncompliance with the instructions for use
− Maloperation
− Improper use or handling
− Negligence
− Tampering with the appliance by unauthorised third parties, e.g. opening the
appliance or replacing connection pieces
− Act of God
− Damage during transport caused by improper packaging
− Failure to maintain the appliance
− Failure to use original spare parts

note.
• You will find the manufacturer's address on the last page of these instructions for
use.
• Please contact our repairs department before returning any goods for repair or any
faulty goods. In the interests of our staff we also require a declaration indicating
