WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

The warranty for flaws or defects pursuant to art.1490 of the Italian civil code covers products and their parts for a
period of 24 months from the date of shipment from the factory.
The warranty for proper operation granted by the manufacturer must be understood in the sense that the
manufacturer will repair or replace free of charge, in the shortest possible time, those parts which should function
improperly due to defects of construction or flaws in the material, during the period of the warranty. The buyer may
not claim the right to any reimbursement for possible damages or other expenses. The warranty does not cover
fragile parts or parts exposed to natural wear or to corrosive agents or processes, overloads even when
temporary, etc. The manufacturer has no liability for any damage caused by improper assembly, operation or
insertion, excessive stress or negligent use.
The manufacturer has no liability if the product has been tampered with, disassembled, deprived of its label or
shows obvious signs of impact or other. Repairs under the warranty are always to be understood as "ex works" at
the manufacturer's plant.
The warranty is valid only if this form, which is part of the instructions for installation and use, has been
filled out completely and the reason for the malfunction described.
The produced must be installed and used in respect of the technical features and instructions imparted by TOPP,
and in respect of the safety regulations and provisions regulating the installation and use of electric equipment in
force in the country where the products are installed and used. For this purpose, the buyer expressly relieves
TOPP of any liability with regard to improper use, failure to comply with the safety standards, technical
specifications and instructions for installation and use.
