TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
Tool does not work.
The socket cannot
be installed.
The motor is
overheating.
LED light rapidly
flashes.

Cause
1. Low battery capacity.
2. Tool is over-loaded.
3. Battery pack is over
temperature.
4. Battery pack is not installed
properly.
5. Damaged switch.
The socket does not fit the
adapter or square drive anvil.
Be sure cooling vents are free
of dust and obstacles.
1. Tool is over-loaded.
2. Tool is over-temperature.
Remedy
1. Charge the battery pack.
2. Release the paddle switch and try
again.
3. Turn off the wrench and cool the
battery pack under air flow.
4. Confirm that the battery is locked
and secured to the tool.
5. Have the switch replaced by an
Authorized SKIL Service Center or
Service Station.
Use a suitable adapter or claimed
capacity socket.
Clean and clear the vents. Do not
cover the vents with your hand during
operation.
1. Release the trigger switch.
2. Cool the tool under air flow.
