Tip 9: Smart search, compass or GPS are not connected or damaged. Check that they
are properly connected, check the motor cable.
Error-10 (LED2 + LED4) : Rotation encoding error

Tip 10: The rotation motor is not detected. Check the motor cable
Error-11 (LED1 + LED2 + LED4) : Error 11 : Overvoltage rotation

Tip 11: The rotation motor consumes too much current. Check that the antenna is not
blocked by an object, obstacle, ... that prevents it from rotating
Error-12 (LED3 + LED4) : Overvoltage rotation

Tip 12: The elevation motor consumes too much power. Check that the antenna is
not blocked by an object, obstacle, ... that prevents it from getting up.
Error 20: The antenna cannot find the satellite: after several turns with different

elevation angles, the antenna closes again.
Tip 20: Check if the CP + Connect has been updated, or if there are any obstacles
between the antenna and the satellite that would prevent the signal from being
received or if the dish is not deformed.
NOTE1: If the plus-after contact is activated (blue cable) when the antenna is raised, the
audible alarm will sound 3 times and the antenna will close.
NOTE 2: If the plus-after contact is activated (blue cable) when the antenna is closed and the
user presses the open button, the CP+ Connect will ring 3 times and the antenna will remain
closed.
