Using the Power Nozzle
Use the motorized power nozzle to
vacuum carpets or bare floors.

To extend the power cord, pull
it from the rear of the vacuum
to the desired length. A yellow
mark on the power cord shows
the ideal cable length.
CAUTION: Do not pull the
power cord beyond the red
mark on the power cord as this
will damage the cord.

Plug the vacuum into an
electrical wall outlet.

Turn the vacuum on first by
stepping on the On/Off button
on the vacuum (Fig. 3) and
then turn the motorized power
nozzle on by using the power
switch on the handle of the
flexible hose. (Fig. 4)
Press the power switch on the
handle to "I" position to turn
the brush roll on to vacuum
carpets or rugs.

Press the power switch on the
handle to the "O" position
to turn the brush roll off to
vacuum bare floors.

To begin vacuuming, gently
hold the motorized power
nozzle down with your foot
keeping it against the floor
while you grasp the handle and
tilt it towards you. (Fig. 5)

When you have finished
vacuuming, turn the motorized
power nozzle off first and then
the vacuum cleaner.

To retract the power cord, press
the cord rewind button. (Fig. 6)
If the cord does not fully retract,
pull it out a little and then press
the rewind button again.
WARNING: Always hold the
plug and DO NOT allow to
whip when rewinding.

Using the Bare Floor Brush
Use the bare floor brush when
vacuuming surfaces such as tiles,
hardwood and linoleum.

Make sure that the vacuum is
turned "Off".

Push the bare floor brush into
the telescopic tube. (Fig. 7)

Plug in the vacuum and turn the
vacuum "On" by pressing the
On/Off button. You can now
start vacuuming.

Press the On/Off button when
finished using the vacuum to
turn the vacuum "Off" and
unplug the vacuum from the
electrical outlet.
