4.0 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS for honey extractor with GRAPHIC DISPLAY control panel -
OPTIONAL
4.1 PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS BEFORE USE
Turn on the main switch (see the picture) located on the control panel under
the honey extractor; a red indicator light will light up and input voltage will be
supplied. The lid lock will also be released and the screen will light up.
Place the uncapped frames in the special slots in the cage, making sure the
load is well balanced (the heavier frames must face each other). Close the
half-lid.
After completing all the required preliminary operations, the machine is ready
to start working.
CAUTION! If the machine starts working in a too sudden way, or if it
reaches excessively high speeds with half-full frames, stability problems
and frame breaks can be experienced. In case of severe extractor instability, immediately stop the machine
by hitting the red emergency stop button (1).
4.2 AUTOMATIC MODE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Plug the connector at the end of the cable
coming out of the control panel into the power
line.
Turn on the main switch located under the
honey extractor; the control panel will light up.
Make sure that the emergency stop button (1)
has been released.
8 pre-set programs and 2 customisable
programs are available.
Use the direction arrows
5) to select your required program and press
key 4 to confirm.
After selecting the required program, screen B
will be displayed.
The "T. Rampa" (Ramp T.) column indicates
the time taken to reach the speed values
shown in "Velocità" (Speed) column, while
the "Permanenza" (Hold) column indicates
total hold time at the specified speed.
