6 Press the Start/Stop button to stop rotation and allow the half lid to be opened.
3.8 'Automatic' and 'Reverse' operation modes
1 Release the emergency button and turn it clockwise by half turn. The display units, the settings leds
and the previously selected program led will all light up.
2 Press the time/program selector.
3 Turn the time/program selector to the Automatic or teh Reverse mode position. Press to confirm.
4 Press the Start/Stop button.
5 Turn the speed selector to set cage rotation speed.
Rotate the selector clockwise to set positive values and hence cage right rotation; rotate counter-
clockwise to set the cage rotate in the opposite direction.
In the Reverse mode, only the initial rotation is set followed by right and left alternate rotations
according to the program selected.

6 Rotate the time selector to set the cycle total time, expressed in minutes.
7 Press the Start/Stop button to star the cycle.
8 The leds will signal the RUN status.
The TIME display will indicate the time, expressed in minutes, left to cycle end.
The SPEED display will indicate the actual cage rotation speed expressed in rpm.
9 The preset maximum speed and time values can be viewed also during cage rotation by pressing once
the relevant buttons.
10 Press the Start/Stop button to stop the cycle.
ATTENTION! If the machine starts working in a too sudden way, or if it reaches excessively high speeds
with half-full frames, stability problems and frame breaks can be experienced. In case of severe extractor
instability, immediately stop the machine by hitting the red emergency stop button.
For reasons of safety and stability, the maximum rotation speed that can be set is 400 rpm for manual and
automatic programs and 300 rpm for the reverse program.
In addition to this, it is not possible to set a rotation speed lower 100 rpm in the automatic and reverse
programs.
