ASSEMBLY
1. Place the grinding disc of your choice in the mill.
It is IMPORTANT that the concave face of the disc
is placed downwards, so that the rotating blade is
placed against the grater.
2. Place the base of the handle in the hole at
the center of the grinding disc.
3. Press down, and place both hooks
underneath the steel catches on the mill so
the handle, grater and mill are fastened
together.
HOW TO USE
1. First, (if necessary) cook vegetables, fruits and other firm flesh foods. No need
to remove skin and seeds.
2. Install the fruit and vegetable mill on the top of a saucepan or a bowl with a
diameter from 16 cm to 27 cm and place the non-slip foldable feet on the edge
of it.
3. Add the food inside the mill, hold the handle firmly and turn it clockwise to turn
the food into puree.
4. If the food gets stuck, turn in the opposite direction and start again. You can
also use a spatula to remove the food from the edges by pushing them under
the rotating blade.
In addition to being easy to use, the fruit and vegetable mill is ideal for saving time in
the kitchen. Just add roughly cut fruit and / or vegetable (precooked or not) inside
the mill and turn the handle to grind. Residues such as skin, cores and grains will
remain in the container and won't be mixed with the flesh.
