The following is a list of frequently asked questions about Skyhopper .
Q: My Skyhopper won't fly straight when I am flying it indoors...
A: Verify that there are no sources of air keeping Skyhopper from flying straight .
Turn off fans and air conditioner units . If there are open windows, close them to
eliminate drafts . If you are still experiencing difficulty, try swapping the left and right
wings over (refer to Replacing the wings) .
Q: My Skyhopper won't fly straight when I am flying it outdoors...
A: You might be flying Skyhopper in conditions that are too windy . Try to find a
location that is sheltered from the wind, such as between buildings or in a walled-off
courtyard . Avoid flying Skyhopper in wind speeds higher than 4mph (6 .5km/h) .If you
are still experiencing difficulty, try swapping the left and right wings over (refer to
Replacing the wings) .
Q: My Skyhopper stops working when it gets farther away...
A: Your Skyhopper is most likely out of range for the remote controller . The
recommended range is 50 feet (15m) or less . Verify that the antenna on the remote
controller is fully extended .
Q: My Skyhopper won't stay up, even after charging...
A: The batteries in the remote controller might be weak, in which case, you will need
to use fresh batteries . Always turn the remote controller and Skyhopper off when not
in use .
