Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Die Drei-Stellungs-Zustimmschalter sind für den Einsatz in
Zustimmgeräten nach IEC 60204-1 10.9 vorgesehen.
Bei deren Planung und Installation müssen unter anderem
folgende geltenden Normen berücksichtigt werden:
DIN EN 60204-1, DIN EN 60947-5-8,
DIN EN ISO 13849-1 und 2, DIN EN ISO 14121-1
DIN EN ISO 12100-1 und 2
Der von der BERNSTEIN AG entwickelte und gefertigte Drei-
Stellungs-Zustimmschalter der Baureihe ZS-EB, ist nach den
Vorgaben der IEC 60947-1, der IEC 60947-5-1 und der IEC
60947-5-8 konstruiert und geprüft.
Er darf nur in Steuerstromkreisen eingesetzt werden.
Der Drei-Stellungs-Zustimmschalter kann in Zustimmgeräten
verwendet werden, um die Signale nach IEC 60204-1 zur
Freigabesteuerung einer Maschine bereitzustellen.
Die Einleitung von Steuersignalen für Gefahr bringende
Zustände darf nicht allein über den Zustimmschalter erfolgen.
Aufbau
Der Drei-Stellungs-Zustimmschalter besteht aus einem
Kunststoffgehäuse, das das Betätigungssystem führt und in der
Position hält.
Auf einer Seite trägt es den Anschlussbereich für die Zuleitung
in Form von Kontaktschrauben oder Schraubdomen zur
Aufnahme eine Leiterplatte mit rechteckigem Formfaktor.
Der Betätiger ist in der Längsachse angeordnet und als Stößel
ausgebildet.

Intended use
The three-stage enable switches are designed for the use in
enable devices according to IEC 60204-1 10.9.
During planning and installation, the following applicable
standards must be considered:
DIN EN 60204-1, DIN EN 60947-5-8,
DIN EN ISO 13849-1 and 2, DIN EN ISO 14121-1
DIN EN ISO 12100-1 and 2
The three-stage enable switch of the ZS-EB series, developed
and produced by BERNSTEIN, is constructed and tested
according to the specifications of the IEC 60947-1, IEC 60947-
5-1 and IEC 60947-5-8.
The product may only be used in control circuits.
The three-stage enable switch can be used in enable devices
in order to provide signals according to IEC 60204-1 for the
release control of machines.
The introduction of control signals for unsafe conditions should
not only be made via the enable switch.
Design
The three-stage enable switch consists of a plastic housing that
captivates the actuation system.
The top face of the switch has open access for termination of
control cables via terminal screws, whilst the underside is
designed to accept rectangular form factor circuit boards.
The actuator is placed along the longitudinal axis and serves as
a plunger.

Les interrupteurs de validation à 3 niveaux sont conçus
pour être utilisés dans les appareils de validation selon
IEC 60204-1 10.9.
Lors de la planification et l'installation, les normes suivantes
sont à appliquer:
DIN EN 60204-1, DIN EN 60947-5-8,
DIN EN ISO 13849-1 et 2, DIN EN ISO 14121-1
DIN EN ISO 12100-1 et 2
L'interrupteur de validation à trois niveaux de la série ZS-EB,
développé et fabriqué par BERNSTEIN, est construit et testé
selon les spécifications de IEC 60947-1, IEC 60947-5-1 et IEC
60947-5-8.
Il peut uniquement être utilisé pour les circuits de commande.
L'interrupteur de validation à trois niveaux peut être utilisé
dans les appareils de validation afin de fournir des signaux
selon IEC 60204-1 pour le dispositif de contrôle d'une
machine.
L'interrupteur de validation ne peut être utilisé à lui seul pour
contrôler des signaux de commandes de danger.
Structure
L'interrupteur de validation à trois niveaux est constitué d'un
boîtier plastique qui guide et maintient le système
d'actionnement en position.
D'un côté se situe une zone de raccordement pour les vis de
contact ou des dômes de vis destinés à recevoir un circuit
imprimé de forme rectangulaire.
L'actionneur est placé sur l'axe longitudinal et sert de poussoir.
