The  speeds  of  the  hand-­‐agitator  can  be  adjusted  with  the  5  settings  switch  (2).  The

appliance   s tops   a t   t he   0   s etting   ( off).  
Not  for  prolonged  use:  The  appliance  is  designed  to  be  used  for  short  bursts  of  10

minutes.  
When   mixing   or   kneading,   you   always   start   with   the   settings   1-­‐2   and   after   a   little

while  move  on  to  settings  4-­‐5.  At  the  highest  number  of  revolutions,  the  appliance  
attains   t he   b est   r esults   w ith   o ptimal   c ooling.   I f   t he   m otor   i s   t o   b e   p ut   u nder   a   h eavy  
strain,   i t   s hould   o nly   b e   u sed   a t   s etting   5 .
