Please note: the appliance can be easily moved
carring it by the handle. Before moving it remember to turn
it off.
USE
Operation and use
Plug into the mains, turn the thermostat dial (A) to maximum
and turn the appliance on by means of the function selector
(C) as described below:
Summer mode (fan only): turn the function selector

to the
position.
Low power operation: turn the function selector to
-
position 1.

Medium power operation: turn the function selector
to position 2.

High power operation: turn the function selector to
position 3.

To turn the appliance off completely: turn the function
selector to the "0" position and the thermostat to the "
" position, then unplug from the mains.
Adjusting the thermostat
When the room has reached the required temperature, turn
the thermostat dial (A) slowly anticlockwise until you hear a
click and no further.
The thermostat will automatically regulate the temperature
set and keep it constant. In spring or autumn or on mild days,
you can save energy by using minimum power.
Frost prevention mode
With the thermostat dial (A) in the
the power levels selected, the appliance maintains room
temperature at about 5°C (41°F), preventing freezing with
minimal energy consumption.
24 hour timer
After setting the thermostat and function selector to the re-
quired position, to programme heating, proceed as follows:

turn the timer disk (B) clockwise until the arrow on the
timer s lines up with the number corresponding to the
current time. This step will need to be repeated if you
unplug your heater or there is a power interruption in
your home.

When you receive your heater, the timer is OFF. Push
the "teeth" toward the inside/center for the correspon-
ding hours that you do NOT want the the heater to
operate. Each tooth corresponds to 30 minutes.

The radiator will now function automatically each day at
the times set.
Please note: This timer is in military time (i.e. 13
equals 13:00 hours or 1 pm).
Please note: To use the appliance without program-
ming, push all the teeth outwards.
MAINTENANCE

Always unplug from the mains socket before cleaning.

During the season when the appliance is in use, clean
the air intake and outlet grilles regularly using a vacuum
cleaner.

Never use abrasive powders or solvents to clean the
appliance.
