ASSEMBLAGE DU CADRE
ASSEMBLING THE FRAME
1. Attach Upper/Lower Half Frame Supports (B) to one of the Left/Right Side of the Frame (A), using
the holes closest to the end of (A). Use 4 x M8 x 50mm bolts (BB) and 4 x M8 Locking Nuts (FF) for
both Upper/Lower Half Frame Supports to lock them into place.
2. Attach one of the Middle Frame Supports (C) to the Left/Right Side of the Frame (A), using the
middle holes. Lock into place with 2 x M8 x 50mm bolts (BB) and 2 x M8 Locking Nuts (FF).
3. Repeat the first 2 steps for the other Left/Right Side of the Frame (A).
4. Attach the Flat Bars (F) and an Upper/Lower Frame Support (B) to each end of the Long Center
Frame Support (D). Use the middle holes to connect each piece using 2 x M8 x 50mm bolts(BB) and
2 x M8 Locking Nuts (FF).
5. Position the Long Center Frame Support (D) between the two side frame assemblies, making
sure that all tabs are at the bottom. Make sure that the Flat Bars (F) bolted to the Upper/Lower Frame
Supports (B) remain on the outside of the Left/Right Sides of the Frame (A).
6. Bring the assemblies together, fitting the narrowed ends of the Upper/Lower Frame Supports (B)
into the open ends of the Left/Right Sides of the Frame (A).
7. Attach the side assemblies to the Long Center Frame Support (D) using the M8 x 50mm bolts
(BB) and M8 Locking Nuts (FF).
8. Complete the frame by installing M8 x 50 mm bolts (BB) through the Flat Bars (F) and the Left/
Right Sides of the Frame (A) near the corners and securing with M8 Locking Nuts (FF).
Make sure that the mounting plates of the Upper/Lower Half Frame Supports (B) are pointing toward
each other. Also make sure that the tabs and corner braces on the Left/Right Side of the Frame (A) are at
the bottom.
Make sure that the metal tabs protruding from the Upper/Lower Frame Supports (B) and the Long
Center Frame Support (D) are at the bottom.
IMPORTANT: Ne pas serrer complètement toutes les vis/boulons/écrous du cadre
avant d'avoir terminé l'étape suivante 4.2
IMPORTANT, do not FULLY tighten all fasteners on the bed frame until you have completed step 4.2
