Shown below is an example of the connection of an
FT02 photocell as a safety device.
1 Connect the NC contact of the photocell (1) or of any
other safety device (mechanical strips) to the
corresponding control board connector.

Correctly programme DIP1 and DIP2 (see the
photocell instructions).

The 24Vac output can be used to feed the
photocell.

If a safety device is not installed, make an electrical
bridge.

When starting the opening operation, the control
board closes the relay contact (LG), as a voltage-free
pushbutton, for 3 secs.
1 Connect the voltage-free NA contacts to the garage
light timer, automatic stair light, teleswitch or other
appropriate device (DLG).

Do not connect the lights directly to these cable
connectors.

Do not connect the two power phases to these
cable connectors, as this will cause a short
circuit.

The control board has battery connection cable
connectors for emergency operation in the event of
interruption to the electricity supply.

The battery connection is optional, and is not
necessary for the correct operation of the control
board.
1 Connect the battery cable connectors to the control
board cable connectors.

Respect the polarity.

The control board automatically recharges the
battery when the electricity supply is restored.

When running off the battery, the door moves more
slowly throughout the open/close.
