WARNING
• Non-observance of the following instructions could lead
to personal injury or damage to properties (electric shocks,
burns, fire). The following safety recommendations and risk
indications not only serve to protect your health and that of others,
but also serve to protect the product. Therefore, please observe
the recommendations and warnings provided here and pass
on this manual when you give the product to someone else.
• The foot warmer should not be used by persons who are sensitive
to heat or who require protection, because they cannot respond
to overheating (e.g. diabetics, persons with skin alterations or scars
in the application area that are caused by disease, after intake
of painkillers or alcohol).
• Do not use the foot warmer for very young children (0- 3 years
of age), as they cannot respond to overheating.
• Do not use the foot warmer for young children (3- 8 years of age),
unless the switch is set by a parent or supervisor and it has been
properly explained to the child how the foot warmer can be
operated safely.
• The foot warmer can be used by children of 8 years and older
and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capacities
or lack of experience or knowledge, provided they use the foot
warmer under supervision or have been instructed about its safe
use and understand the hazards it may involve.
• Children must not play with the foot warmer.
• The appliance may not be cleaned or maintained by children,
unless this is done under supervision.
• The maximum duration of use is 15 minutes per session. Longer
use results in a shorter life span of the appliance and could lead
to tension in the muscles instead of relaxation.
