Step 2 :
- Once the water is warm, the light flashes. Carefully remove the lid of the kettle by
holding the handle firmly;
- Then put ground coffee in water (about 1 teaspoon per cup);
- Put the cover back and place the piston at the top of the kettle. Do not press the
piston; let steep between 4 and 10 minutes depending on the desired intensity;
- Hold the container by the handle and with a light hand pressure push the plunger all
the way down. For best results, maintain a minimum pressure and put the piston
down slowly and steadily.
Step 3 :
- Under the pressure of the piston, coffee beans are separated from the drink. Your
coffee is ready;
- Let the piston completely down and pour your coffee
To select the keep warm function, press the power button 1 time immediately after the water
has heated. The coffee temperature will be kept at 70 ° C, ideal temperature for coffee.
To stop keeping warm function just press power button during 3 seconds or remove the
kettle from its base.
If the filter is clogged or if it becomes difficult to push the piston, remove the kettle,
stir gently and repeat the operation above.
If you use excessive force, hot liquid may go out of the container.
