∙ Enamelled grill plate (RC 2): The enamelled grill plate can likewise be washed
up in water and washing-up liquid, but is also perfectly suitable for a dish-washing
machine.
∙ Gourmet stone plate (RC 3): Soak the grill stone in hot water (with no additives!)
for some time, and then clean it with clear, warm water and if necessary a cleaning
sponge. Do not use any washing-up liquid or abrasive as these could affect the
properties of the stone.
