In case of longer inactivity of the appliance and for maintaining it in the best state act as following:
−
set the general cut-out in OFF position.
−
remove the plug from the socket.
−
empty the refrigerator and clean it as described In the chapter "CLEANING".
−
let the doors open to avold the forming of bad smell.
ASSEMBLING THE GLASS PANELS L=1420 – 1600 – 2070
The top compartments with window are provided with include the following elements (see figures in the
following pages):
•
10-mm thick upper glass panel A
•
6-mm thick front glass panel B
•
2 6-mm thick lateral glass panels C
•
2 fixing elements and 3 attachments D
•
4 fixing elements and 2 attachments E
•
8 plastic washers F
•
12 screws G with transparent rubber washers H
•
4 U-elements positionned on the top compartment
WARNING: glass panel assembling is an extremely delicate operation that must be carried out with utmost
care to avoid damaging the glass panels.
For correct glass panel assembling perform the operations below in the sequence indicated in this handbook:
STEP 1: Pre-assembling the glass panels
STEP 2: Positioning the glass panels on the top compartment.
STEP 1: Pre-assembling the glass panels
Pre-assemble the glass panels before placing them onto the top compartment as indicated below:
•
fix elements D and E to the upper glass panel
A with screws G, after inserting the eight
washers F in the holes (make sure that
elements D are fixed into the holes located at
37 mm from the glass edge and elements E are
fixed into the holes located at 41 mm from the
opposite edge);
•
assemble the two lateral glass panels G to
elements D and E using screws G, after
inserting a rubber washer H between the glass
and the screw;
•
assemble the front glass B as indicated above
and fix it to the lateral glass panels with the
other two fixing elements E using screws and
rubber washers;
•
always handle the four glass panels with fixing elements
with care;
•
do not tighten the screws onto the glass to avoid damaging
it
