ZUSAMMENBAU
– Tastkopf F und Triebnadel G in Benzin reinigen.
– Triebnadel an der Spitze und am Führungsschaft
leicht einölen und in den Tastkopf einschieben.
– Vor dem Einschrauben des Tastkopfes prüfen,
ob die Triebnadel im Tastkopf freies Spiel hat.
– Tastkopf in den Messuhrhalter D einschrauben
und mit Gabelschlüssel festziehen.
A
– Messeinsatz B (TN 10) ausschrauben. Die
Verlängerung C (TN 90) auf die Messuhr
aufschrauben, sodannn der Messeinsatz B auf
die Verlängerung C schrauben.
– Rändelring E des Messuhrhalters lösen und Mes-
suhr A in den Halter einschieben, bis der Zeiger
der Messuhr leicht ausschlagt. (Das Zifferblatt
der Messuhr soll quer zum Tastkopfschlitz
stehen).
NULLEINSTELLUNG
– Tastkopf unter Abhebung des Messdruckes in
den entsprechenden, gereinigten Einstellring
einschieben.
– Messdruck freigeben und das Instrument quer
zum Tastkopfschlitz schwenken (Umkehrpunkt
feststellen).
– Durch Drehen des Skalaringes der Messuhr die
"O" auf den Umkehrpunk des Zeigers stellen.
Kontrollmessung vornehmen.
Innenvergleichsmessgeräte nur Einstellringen
einstellen !
MESSEN
– Beim Einfahren in die zu messende Bohrung
Messdruck der Messuhr abheben.
– Durch Schwenken des Instrumentes die Bohrung
abtasten und Messwert am Umkehrpunkt des
Zeigers ablesen.
Bei längerem Nichtgebrauch sind die einzelnen
Teile einzufetten.
Die Messuhr darf nicht eingeölt werden !
ASSEMBLY
– Clean measuring head F and needle G with
petroleum benzin.
– Oil the point and the cylindrical guide shaft of
the needle lightly, then introduce the latter in the
measuring head.
– Before screwing on the measuring head, check
whether the needle has sufficient play.
– Screw the measuring head in the dial indicator
support D and tighten with special spanner.
– Unscrew and remove the contact point B (TN
10). Screw on the extension C (TN 90) on the
dial indicator, then the contact point B on the
extension C.
– Unscrew knurled ring E and introduce the dial
indicator A in the support until the pointer moves
slightly; tighten knurled ring. (The dial should lay
perpendicular to the slot in the measuring head).
ZERO-SETTING
– After having released the measuring pressure,
introduce the measuring head in the correspon-
ding setting ring (properly cleaned).
– Re-instate measuring pressure and swing the
instrument perpendicularly to the slot in the mea-
suring head in order to ascertain the stationary
point of the pointer.
– Set the dial indicator to "O" at the culmination
point of the pointer by turning the bezel.
– Check reading by comparing it with the size of
the setting ring.
Use setting rings only !
MEASURING
– Release the measuring pressure of the dial indi-
cator once the instrument has been introduced
in the bore.
– Find the maximum ø of the bore by "rocking" the
instrument and read measurement result at the
culmination point.
If the instrument is not used for a longer period
of time, it is advisable to grease all parts
Do not oil the dial indicator !
