9. Troubleshooting
Motor is not running
• No line voltage to the unit. – Connect unit, check circuit breaker.
• Switch not turned on. – Turn switch on.
• Fan blocked. – Inspect fan wheel and remove blockage.
• Blocked air intake or outlet. – Remove blockage; clean air intake and outlet.
• Switch is broken. – Contact distributor.
Motor is running, but the fan is spinning irregularly or hitting the casing
• A powerful hit has bent the axle, causing the wheel to stick. – Contact distributor.
• A heavy influence has caused the motor to shift out of place, causing the wheel to stick. – Contact distributor.
Excessive vibration in the unit
• The fan wheel is unbalanced. – Contact distributor.
• The motor axle is bent. – Contact distributor.
No hot air is flowing
• Make sure there the hoses are not kinked/pinched, interrupting water flow.
• Check heat source.
The air flow is insufficient
• The air distributor is not standing up. – Make sure the filter is not clogged.
