Safety Precautions
1. Please ask a professional technician to install the unit to avoid any problems with fire, electronic shock,
physical injury, leakage or damage of the product as a result of mistakes.
2. Use power supply correctly, please connect the ground wire.
3. If there's a fault, stop the unit immediately and cut off power supply. Then consult the distributor.
4. Please don't press the power switch with wet hand to avoid an electric shock.
5. Maintenance and/or repairs should be done exclusively either by a service engineer or by the manufacturer.
6. Please don't insert hard objects into the unit. This may damage the heat exchanger.
7. Assure that the water pump and pipes are installed correctly. Otherwise, the power of the product may
decrease.
8. Place the unit on an even and solid surface, protecting it from falling down.
9. Avoid installing the product in a public space. If it is required to install it in a public place, assure to keep it
far away from children. It is not allowed to install it in flammable and explosive space.

Troubleshooting
Fault and Reasons
Compressor doesn't start or stops shortly after
starting:
1. Power failure or voltage exceeds 10% rated voltage.
2. Thermostat fault.
3. Fuse is damaged.
4. Fan doesn't work or water pump can't start.
Compressor stops when working:
1. Compressor temperature is too high.
2. Compressor is overloaded, overload protection is
activated.
Cooling (heating) performance drops or the system
can't cool or heat at all:
1. Inlet air temperature of condenser is too high.
2. Fish tank has poor heat preserving performance.
3. Cooling liquid is missing or compressor damaged.

Maintenance
The cooling unit require the same maintenance as conventional refrigerators (freezers, etc.). Only let
maintenance or repair work carry out by a qualified engineer or send the unit to:

Clean the air-cooled condenser regularly. We recommend that you flush the heat exchanger thoroughly once a
year to remove any mud residues.

Warranty conditions
AB Aqua Medic GmbH grants the first-time user a 24-month guarantee from the date of purchase on all material
and manufacturing defects of the device. Incidentally, the consumer has legal rights; these are not limited by
this warranty. This warranty does not cover user serviceable parts, due to normal wear & tear ie: impellers or
drive wheels etc. The original invoice or receipt is required as proof of purchase. During the warranty period,
we will repair the product for free by installing new or renewed parts. This warranty only covers material and
processing faults that occur when used as intended. It does not apply to damage caused by transport, improper
handling, incorrect installation, negligence, interference or repairs made by unauthorized persons. In case of
a fault with the unit during or after the warranty period, please contact your dealer. All further steps
are clarified between the dealer and AB Aqua Medic. All complaints and returns that are not sent to
us via specialist dealers cannot be processed. AB Aqua Medic is not liable for consequential damages
resulting from the use of any of our products.
