WARNING:
The grate will remain hot for some time after it is removed
from the grill. Set a hot grate insert on a non-flammable
surface. Do not place it on plastic or wood. Make sure
not to put the hot accessories where people or pets will
come in contact with it.
WARNING:
Never use an accessory if the porcelain coating is dam-
aged or chipped. Use with a damaged coating could
result in serious personal injury if ingested.
USING THE GRILL AND ACCESSORIES
To use the grate:
Turn on the grill and close the hood. Preheat the grill for
10 – 15 minutes.
OPERATION
Open the hood and place the food on clean grates then
replace the hood. Cooking time will vary depending on
personal preference.
NOTE: When grilling fish, the meat is typically done when
it flakes easily with a fork. If any part of the meat is glossy
in appearance, it is not done.
When finished cooking, turn the control knob completely
clockwise until it is off.
After the grill has cooled, clean grates and grease cup.
CAMP STOVE MODE
Allow grill to cool completely.
To use the burner/base assembly as a camp stove,
remove the firebox. Use it for boiling water or making
coffee. For cooking, it can accomodate up to a 10-inch
pan or skillet. Do not exceed weight of 20 lbs. for utensil
and contents.
When finished cooking, turn the control knob completely
clockwise until it is off.
