Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the floor
and check that all are there on the base of the assembly steps in these
instructions for assembly and use. Please note that a number of parts
have been connected directly to the main frame and preassembled.
In addition, there are several other individual parts that have been
attached
parate units. This will make it easier and quicker for you to
to se
assemble the equipment. Assembly time: 15 min.
Step 1:
Attach the rear foot tube (9) at main frame (1).
1. Put the pre-assembled main frame in horizontally position on the floor
and fold down the front foot tube (2) into front position. Secure this
position by using safety pin (41) as picture "A" shows.
2. Attach the rear foot (9) with height adjustable foot caps (27) to the
main frame (1). Do this with the two screws M8x75 (13), washers 8//25
(18), and cap nuts (25). After assembly has been completed, you can
compensate for minor irregularities in the floor by turning the wheel at
cap (27). The equipment should be set up that the equipment does not
move of its own accord during a training session.
3. Put the foot pedal (7) into lowest position and secure with handgrip
screw M8x15 (37) as picture "B" shows.
Step 2:
Assembly of hand grips (6L+6R) at connection tube 1 (4L+4R).
1. Put the hand grips left and right (6L+6R) against the connection tubes
1(4L+4R) as picture shows, so that the holes are align. (Handgrip left
with magnet (43) on left side.) Put one washer 8//16 (22) on each screw
M8x80 (14) and tighten the hand grips (6L+6R) at connection tube 1
(4L+4R) again washer 8//16 (22) and self locking nut (24).
(Note: Don't tighten too much, the handgrips needs easy moving for
fold up function,)
2. Put the handgrip screw M8x60 (38) through the upper holes and screw
the hand grips (6L+6R) at connection tube 1 (4L+4R) tightly.
Step 3:
Assembly of computer (42) and pad (12).
1. Put the pad (12) against the pad holder (10) as picture „A" shows and
tighten it into desired vertically position with hand grip screw M8x30
(39).
2. Push the pad holder (10) into appropriate position at computer holder
(3) and secure with hand grip screw M8x40 (36) into desired horizontally
position.
3. Take the computer (42) that has been supplied out of the packaging and
insert the batteries (Type "AA"-1.5 V pen cells) by watching for the right
polarity on the back of the computer (42). (Batteries for the computer
are not included in this item. Please buy them at your located market.)
Attach the computer (42) at computer holder (3).
