refer to the corresponding figures on the following pages. Please keep this letter and the assembly instructions in a safe place as you may
need to read them again in the future.

Safety
WARNING ! This playset is not for children under 36 months old. There is a risk of a fall for children under 36 months of age, as the size and design
of our products are not suited to this age group. Our products are designed for children between 3 and 12 years old.
WARNING ! Only for domestic outdoor use, under adult responsibility and supervision. Our products are not to be used in public areas (schools,
nurseries, playing fields, etc). Must be fixed in concrete.
WARNING ! It is dangerous for children to eat when using the game. Wear suitable clothes for playing (no strings, cords or loose hanging fabrics).
Assembly
Please read the instructions carefully before starting to assemble the product. Please follow the instructions precisely, in the order that they are
listed.
Special instructions for fitting mounting brackets (Ref. 122530, 122531 and 122538):
Brackets should be tightened using the tool supplied in the box with the base structure. In the next few pages you will find important instructions
on how to correctly tighten the bolts:
Mounting bracket position (Ref. 122531 and 122538) on the arches (depending on the model):
To determine the position of the mounting brackets on the arches, numbered balloons are used on the following pages. The numbers correspond to
the shaped recesses along the length of the arch (see Fig. 1).
E.g. (see Fig. 2): fit mounting brackets to 3rd and 14th recesses on the arch.
CAUTION! It is essential to observe these recommendations. Failure to do so may make the apparatus dangerous.
Mounting bracket position (Ref. 122530) on the feet of the central tower (depending on the model):
To determine the position of the mounting brackets on the feet of the central tower, the following pages indicate the distances between the centre
of the arch/foot joint and the mounting brackets.
E.g. (see Fig. 3): measure a distance of 39 cm between the centre of the joint and the top of the mounting bracket, then measure a distance of 68
cm between the centre of the joint and the top of the next mounting bracket.
CAUTION! It is essential to observe these recommendations. Failure to do so may make the apparatus dangerous.
How to use
Please check the maximum indicated weigth (voir Fig. N°4).
Teach your children how to use the games apparatus and structure properly. For example:
Learn how to position hands and feet correctly each time the structure is used.

Observe the destination area when using the structure to identify possible obstacles, and the presence of other children who might get in
·
the way.
Explain how some body positions can lead to falls.
·
The EVO playing structure is designed to improve children's skills. As they use it, children gradually gain in confidence and automatically
·
adopt the right movements: teach them to stay alert and anticipate possible risks of losing their balance, support or grip
Maintenance
You should keep the assembly instructions in a safe place; you will need to refer to it when carrying out routine maintenance.
IMPORTANT ! At the beginning of each season, and at regular intervals during the season :
• Please check that all bolts, screws and apparatus fixations are tightly secured. Tight them if needed, in order to avoid the risk of falling ;
• Please check the parts of the structure, game apparatus, the various parts for wear and tear, and all the screw covers or sharp edges. Please
change these at the first sign of deterioration ;
• Please treat any rust marks with a suitable product as soon as they appear ;
• Worn game apparatus must be replaced with new parts similar to the original ones. To prolong the useful life of your apparatus, we advise
storage in a dry place during the winter. Average period advised between apparatus replacement: between 18 and 24 months. Under more sunny
climates, replacement is advisable after 18 months ;
If these checks and maintenance jobs are not performed, the structure could fall over or become dangerous.

Finger tighten the nuts and bolts without forcing the brackets flat against each other. Do not tighten using the tool.
There should be space between the brackets.
Tighten the nuts and bolts using the tool supplied. Tighten until the brackets are flat against one another. The
brackets will distort slightly to offset the space that is visible between them before tightening. Once the brackets are
flat against each other, tighten by one more turn.
CAUTION! It is essential to observe these recommendations. Failure to do so may make the apparatus dangerous.
