b) Rear Panel (fig. 2)
1. Power switch: this switches the AC power to the mixer on or off.
2. AC input socket: the mixer is supplied with an external AC power
adapter of 12 VAC/500mA.
3. Unbalanced master output: the stereo outputs are low-impedance,
unbalanced RCA connections. The output level is controlled by the
master fader.
4. Record outputs: used to send the signal to an external device e.g. a
recorder. These outputs are not affected by the master level control.
5. Line/CD input: these inputs are unbalanced RCA jacks. Use them to
connect a CD player or any other device (but NOT a turntable).
6. Phono inputs: these are unbalanced RCA jacks.
7. GND: a terminal for grounding turntables to eliminate hum.
b) Front Panel (fig. 3)
8. Microphone input: A balanced ¼" jack is mounted on the front face of the
mixer to connect your microphone.
9. Microphone GAIN control: Your microphone has its own gain control so you
can adjust the volume for your microphone.
10. Phones: this ¼" jack is mounted on the front face of the mixer. Use it to
connect your headphones.
