USING THE MIXER

The mixer is suited for making sauces, soup,
mayonnaise, baby food, milkshakes and other
mixed foods.
Caution: do not mix food without adding any
liquid.
1. Attach the mixer to the motor unit. Make sure
it clicks into place.
2. Place the mixer upright in a bowl with ingredients. Do not hold the mixer in an
angle to avoid splashes.
3. Select a speed with the speed control and press the on/off button to mix with the
selected speed. Or press the turbo button to start mixing immediately at full speed.
Caution: do not mix for longer than 1 minute continuously.
4. After use, unplug the appliance and remove the mixer by pressing the 2 release
buttons at the sides of the motor unit.
