Tension drive belt as described in
adjustment procedures.
Replace belts.
Remove drive belts, rotate arbor
motor, fan, shafts and idler pulley to
locate dragging or rough bearing.

Shake debris from bag and wash.
Readjust dust shoe.
Remove fan cover and clear throat.
