Troubleshooting
You can often easily eliminate problems that may occur
on your own. Before calling customer service, take into
account the following information.

WARNING
Risk of electric shock
Improper repairs are dangerous. Only an
authorized servicer may perform repairs and may
replace damaged plug and connections. Remove
the power plug or turn off the circuit breaker or
fuse in the fuse box if the appliance is damaged
or not working. Call Customer Service.

LED lights
Defective LED lights may be replaced by the
manufacturer, his customer service or a qualified
technician (electrician) only.
Possible cause
The plug is not plugged in
Power failure
The fuse is faulty
The network cable plug is not plugged in
The fuse is faulty
A component of the appliance has failed
The appliance has been operating for lon-
ger than 4 hours, safety shut-off was acti-
vated
The control unit is faulty
The lighting is defective
The metal filter is saturated
WARNING
Risk of injury
The light emitted by LED lights is very dazzling,
and can damage the eyes (risk group 1). Do not
look directly into the switched on LED lights for
longer than 100 seconds.
Solution
Connect the appliance to the electricity
supply
Check whether other kitchen appliances
are working
Check in the fuse box to make sure that
the fuse for the appliance is in working
order
Check network cable connection for all
appliances
Check in the fuse box to make sure that
