Whisk
Use the whisk (3) for mixing, whisking and beating egg white, for example:
•
Place the whisk onto the motor shaft in such a way that the locking lugs on the whisk
fi t into the recesses which are provided for them on the motor shaft. Slide it all the
way down and turn it anticlockwise a little to fi x the whisk in place.

Never remove the rating plate and any possible warnings!

Remove any protective fi lms and stickers that may be present from the device.
•
Clean the accessories before you fi rst use them as they may have possible produc-
tion residues on them. To do this, follow the instructions in "Cleaning and Storage".

Danger of damage from unforeseen events!
– Make sure that the device remains stable during operation. Always hold the motor
unit fi rmly with one hand.
– Do not move the device during use. Always remove the mains plug from the plug
socket and allow the motor to come to a complete standstill before transporting the
device.

Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption. A cooling-down
period of 2 minutes must then be maintained.
■
Always remove the mains plug from the plug socket before changing accessories.
1. Place the collecting container (1) on a dry, even and fi rm surface.
2. Connect the motor unit (8) to a plug socket that is properly installed and corresponds
with the technical data of the device.
3. As you require, place the stirring insert (4) or the whisk (3) onto the motor shaft (6) or
use the motor shaft with two or four blades (7, 2) (see the "Device Overview" chap-
ter – "Accessories").
4. Place the motor shaft with the accessory you want onto
the receptacle for the motor shaft (A) in the collecting con-
tainer. Make sure that it fi ts correctly.
5. Pour the food to be chopped up / blended into the collect-
ing container.

IMPORTANT: Do not overfi ll the device! Make sure that
the maximum fi ll level (MAX marking) is not exceeded!
