1 middle-sized honey-melon (approx. 750g)
6 passion fruits
Ice cubes for serving
Peel the melon. Cut it into pieces and process in the juicer. Halve the passion fruits, spoon out the pulp.
Mix the melon juice with the pulp of passion fruit. Cool down well. Serve in a glass with ice cubes.
Mango mix smoothie
Preparation: 10 minutes
For: 1 to 2 persons
2 bananas, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into large chunks
A handful of blueberries and raspberries for garnish
Put the chunks of banana and mango in the appliance and mix them until you obtain a creamy and
smooth blend. Put most of the raspberries and blueberries into a large, tall glass and pour the smoothie
on top of them. Garnish with the leftover raspberries and blueberries.
Sensational smoothie
Preparation: 15 minutes
For: 1 to 2 persons
½ honey melon, peeled and cut into chunks
2 kiwis, peeled
1 pear, core removed and cut into chunks
½ gingerroot, peeled and grated
Juice of half a lime
Apple juice
Put all the ingredients in the appliance and add apple juice until the blend has the required thickness.
Cucumber drink
Preparation: 10 minutes
For: 1 to 2 persons
1 cucumber, halved lengthwise
2 stalks of celery, scraped
1 cm of gingerroot, peeled and grated
Put all the ingredients into the appliance in stages. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Vegetable juice
Preparation: 15 minutes
For: 2 to 3 persons
7 carrots, scraped
Half a cucumber, halved lengthwise
8 tomatoes, cut into large chunks
2 stalks of celery, scraped
½ yellow pepper, seeds removed and cut into large chunks
½ onion, peeled
1 clove of garlic, peeled
(optional: a handful of cabbage leaves, coarsely cut)
