Intended Use

❐ The device is intended to be used exclusively for cleaning smooth, heat-resistant surfaces in
dry indoor rooms. In addition, the device is suitable for steam-pressing clothing and other
fabrics. The appliance is also suitable for cleaning laminate fl oors providing you follow the
instructions below:
– The laminate should be correctly laid and there should be no gaps or cracks into which
moisture may penetrate.
– Test the steam cleaner fi rst on an unobtrusive area and check the laminate afterwards
for ripples or moisture penetration.
– If the surface shows no damage, the appliance can be used to clean the whole laminate
fl oor.
❐ Consult a qualifi ed professional as to whether your fl oor surfaces are suitable for being
cleaned with the steam cleaner. Always perform test cleaning on a small area fi rst.
❐ The device is not suitable for unsealed wooden surfaces, soft plastic, leather and cold glass.
❐ The device is not suitable for cleaning cold glass surfaces (e. g. window panes when outside
temperatures are around freezing point). If the temperature difference between the glass
surface and the hot steam is too great, this can crack the glass.
❐ The device is not designed to be used outdoors. There is the risk that rain or dirt may
damage the devices.
❐ You should always follow the care instructions for your clothing / fabrics before you press
them with the device. Test the procedure before you begin on a small, inconspicuous spot.
❐ The appliance may not be used to treat synthetic fabrics, velvet or other sensitive materials.
❐ The device is designed for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
