2.1 Specific cases
If indicated on the application list, use the adapters (L) as shown in figure AA
ATTENTION: The hooks must always be attached to metal parts of the vehicle (usually the actual boot). Never
attach them directly to glass hatches, rub-ber/plastic parts or gaskets (risk of cracks, dents or distortion). The
specific adapter (provided) must be used (L) following fig. AL).
ATTENTION: on certain vehicles, the lower part of the hatch / boot is too thick and does not allow hooks to
be fastened . In this case, use the specific adapter (L), (provided), as shown in Fig. AB..
Make sure that the rack is securely fixed to the vehicle, see test Fig. TEST
