Before fi rst use
Before using the product for the fi rst tim you have to:
• unpack the product
• clean the product
• insert batteries

Unpacking

ATTENTION!
❐ The foils and bags pose a suffocation hazard! Keep children and animals away from
the packaging.
Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are complete (see chapter
"Product contents" and „Product overview") and check for any damages from transport.
If you identify damages to the components, do not use them (!), instead contact our
customer service centre.

Cleaning

Clean the product prior to using it for the fi rst time to remove any production residue as
described in the section "Cleaning and storage".

Inserting batteries

1. Remove the upper part of the housing to insert / change the batteries. Slightly turn it
to the right and pull it off to the top.
2. Insert four 1.5 V batteries, type AA, in the battery compartments. When inserting
batteries ensure correct polarity (+/-).
3. Place the upper part of the housing on the battery holder. For this, turn it to the left
until it audibly locks into place.
